article imageTrailer: 'Community' enters a new dean-mension

In just two weeks, the quirky comedy that could, 'Community,' will see its season-six debut on Yahoo. While details had been tightly under wraps, audiences can now get an idea of what to expect.
After the announcement that March 17 will the beginning of Community's improbable sixth season, Yahoo has finally divulged details of what eager audiences can expect.
In short: a lot of the same great wackiness that has made the show a critical darling. Narrated with a typical "Mr. Moviefone" voice, the trailer promises that this new season will lead viewers into a new "dean-mension" in which "everything is new, but nothing has Chang'd."
"You wanted to save Greendale, but you didn't want it to change," the narrator says, before cutting to a clip of Chang (Ken Jeong) reflecting on how "white" the study group has gotten. It's a subtle reference to the fact that Donald Glover and Yvette Nicole Brown are no longer with the show — the former because he's working on his own show for FX and the latter to take care of her ailing father.
The trailer then introduces the two new cast members, Paget Brewster and Keith David. Brewster's character seems to be responsible for bringing more money to Greendale (hence the inclusion of prisoners — via TV screens on segways — onto campus), while the latter appears to be an academic of some kind.
From pressing issues like whether or not Greendale gave a degree to a dog and Jeff's apparent obsession with writing to astronauts, the sixth season is sure to be as wacky as ever. And with Abed's shout of "Bazinga!" you can bet the pop-culture references will keep flying.
Community will return March 17 on Yahoo Screen, with new episodes airing each week.
