article imageThe Supernaturalists to perform escape in New Jersey streets

By Markos Papadatos     Sep 12, 2015 in Entertainment
On September 15, escape artist Spencer Horsman from Criss Angel's "The Supernaturalists" will be attempting his death-defying "Submerged" escape live on the streets of New Jersey.
A few months prior, in rehearsals for their shows at The Fox Theater in Foxwoods, this demonstration went dangerously wrong.
This will be in support of the September 18 performance of "The Supernaturalists" at the State Theatre in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Criss Angel will oversee the shackling and locking of Horsman's feet and hands, as well as his submersion into the 30 inch plexiglass cube, which will be filled with more than 100 gallons of water, with locked bars placed across the top of the tank.
The tank will be subsequently suspended from a crane 30 feet above the street, and this will be done in complete view, while spinning 360 degrees of the public. Illusionist Landon Swank from "The Supernaturalists" will be there to oversee the demonstration as well.
