Last night French dance sensations Les Twins rocked the stage in a special performance on the So You Think You Can Dance Season 11 Finale.
"One of the best moments from Wednesday night’s finale was easily Les Twins' number."—BUSTLE
The multi-talented, identical twin brothers' fast-paced, original choreography — hip-hop with a dash of vaudevillian and Broadway flare — showcased their near-perfect syncopation, lightening fast flow, and total uniqueness.
Twitter exploded with hash tag #SYTYCDLESTWINS trending as the 7th most popular tag in the United States as So You Think You Can Dance fans weighed in on Les Twins' incredible performance:
Meanwhile, Larry's gravity-defying footwork drew "gasps" and "ahhhs" as Laurent stuck a spin-split combo that made the crowd roar.
By the end of the routine they even had an amazed Cat Deeley speaking in French!
Hailing from Paris, France, Les Twins (Larry and Laurent Bourgeois) are currently lead dancers and co-choreographers on Beyoncé's and Jay-Z's "On the Run" Tour, and they were featured in Beyoncé's recent blow out performance at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. Their other Beyoncé concert credits include The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour (2013-2014) and Revel Presents: Beyoncé Live (2012). You can see them live in action at the final "On the Run" Paris concerts on September 12th and 13th.
