Prank video as terrified Paris Hilton told plane is crashing

This all happened recently when the socialite Hilton was in Dubai to open a new hotel there and she was taken in a small plane for an aerial tour of the city, or so she thought. In reality it was all being staged by an Egyptian TV reality star, Ramez Galal, for his show Ramez in Control.

Galal sat next to her but she wasn’t aware of who he was and there was even an odd smell in the plane for her to remark on, which she did; presumably that was to help her believe all the more that the plane was in trouble when the pilot, in on the “prank,” started nosediving the plane toward the ocean. Smell or no smell, a nosediving plane would tend to be convincing.

She was told by Galal she must jump, TMZ reports, which she responded to by saying “but I don’t want to jump.” At some point a stewardess, who may have been an actor but was certainly in on it all, dragged a male passenger to the doors and threw him off the plane into the water. He was an actor and presumably has some stunt experience.

This ordeal reportedly went on for some 10 minutes, with a terrified Hilton, and those on the plane who worked for her and who were also unaware of what was going on, understandably doing a good deal of screaming. “What is happening!” Hilton screams.

Finally, they landed safely on a small strip of land and Galal tells her it was a prank and says that he’s a “bad man” for doing it. If any of this can be believed, and the video is pretty convincing, it really does seem he’s a bad man for such a “prank.”

Ms. Hilton is certainly not amused and a source tells TMZ she may be suing the show for “emotional distress.” While the plane thankfully did not go down, if she wins the lawsuit, Galal’s show might.

Hilton said the experience was even worse than the video shows it to be.
