The "Orphan Black" mystery continues as Season 2 of the critically acclaimed Canadian sci-fi drama series returns for its second season.
The conspiracy-clone thriller was created by Graeme Manson (Being Erica) and John Fawcett (Queer as Folk), and stars Tatiana Maslany (Cas & Dylan) and Jordan Gavaris (Unnatural History).
Season 1 of Orphan Black aired in 2013, in Canada, the US and the UK, receiving a very popular reaction from viewers and critics alike.
The series returns to UK screens this evening (Wednesday, April 30) on BBC Three, at 10 p.m. BST, just a week and a half after the US premiere.
As with the first season, Season 2 will comprise 10 episodes. This year Maslany and Gavaris are joined by three new cast members: Michiel Huisman (Treme), who will play Cal Morrison; Peter Outerbridge (ReGenesis) as Henrik “Hank” Johanssen; and Ari Millen (Nikita) as Mark.
