article imageFormer Lady Gaga aid writing a 'tell-all' book about pop star

Jennifer O'Neill is a former assistant to pop star Lady Gaga who appears to be on her way to being a rich former assistant to pop star Lady Gaga. Atria Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster, say they will publish a book by O'Neill about Gaga.
It will be titled Fame Monster and include all manner of sordid details, such as having to hold a towel in-waiting for Gaga while she showered and having to sleep with the musician because she doesn't like sleeping alone. Presumably they'll be more titillating stuff than that but the proof will naturally be in the book's pudding.
Ms. O'Neill is the very same Lady Gaga assistant who settled a lawsuit out of court with her former-boss in October of 2013; O'Neill sued for overtime and sought almost $400,000 in what she claimed were unpaid overtime wages after two years traveling the world with Gaga. At the time of the settlement, the amount of which was never revealed, Lady Gaga was less-than-impressed with her one-time employee.
"This whole case is bullshit and you know it," she said during a recorded deposition. "(O'Neill) thinks she's just like the queen of the my work and what I do, I'm the queen of the universe every day. She knew there was no overtime (and she's a) fucking hood-rat who is suing me for money that she didn't earn."
The New York Post reported that there's been no publication date set as yet but that O'Neill stands to get as much as $1 million from her book deal, though Atria Books did not confirm that figure.
So O'Neill is set to become a rich hood-rat.
