In a sneak peek at the next episode of 'Doctor Who,' the Doctor not only crosses paths with the Skovox Blitzer but also meets Clara's Danny Pink. And, in an exclusive video interview, Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman discuss their acting rituals.
In the latest episode (#6) of Season Eight of Doctor Who — "The Caretaker" — when terrifying events threaten Coal Hill school, the Doctor (Peter Capladi) decides to go undercover. The Skovox Blitzer is ready to destroy all humanity — and worse, any second now, Danny Pink (Samuel Anderson) — Clara's (Jenna Coleman) new beau — and the Doctor are going to meet.
“Clara has it all under control: her life at school, her life in space; her new boyfriend and her mad old Time Lord," Executive producer Steven Moffat told the Radio Times in August. "Everything is humming along just fine, so long as everybody never actually meets. And then, one morning, just before assembly, Coal Hill welcomes a new relief caretaker with a Scottish accent. With Clara’s world about to explode around her, terrifying events near the school make it clear that the rest of the world is about to do the same.”

“Danny Pink – a teacher – who’s charming and lovely," Coleman told The Mirror about Clara's new beau. "He’s that perfect boyfriend really and is very supportive, but he doesn’t know anything about this double life she lives. She tries to hide it from him whilst at the same time falling in love. She becomes very torn between the two (The Doctor and Danny). It’s almost as if she’s having an affair, without having an affair – it becomes quite a hurtful thing and quite a hard thing for her because she’s totally torn between the two.”
