The Audi ads feature the new A3
with Audi connect® which hotspots up to 8 devices, and costs less than $30,000.
The first self-deprecating ad features Gervais in the drivers seat of a Audi, while a young girl sits in the back reading tweets directed to "Uncle Ricky".
The second ad features Gervais and other celebrities, including comedian Kristen Schaal and boxer Claressa Shields, singing the lyrics to Queen’s “We Are the Champions.”
Audi is apparently attempting
to appeal to a broader market by appealing to cool "urban" people.
