Baku - Promotion of the beauty of Croatia's Central Dalmatia region by the regional tourist board wins gold at the Baku Film Festival in Azerbaijan.
There was more good news for the booming tourist region of Central Dalmatia in Croatia on June 30, 2014, as the regional tourist board's latest promotional video won gold medal in the category of commercials at the Baku Film Festival, according to official results published on the official festival website.
Directed by Ivan Peric, The Heart of Adriatic is the fourth video released by the Central Dalmatia Tourist Board by director Josko Stella, and it has been unquestionably been the most successful, clocking up a million views on YouTube this week, following its release in November last year.

Social media is extremely important in the modern age, and we are aggressively promoting the destination by all means available. There will be more videos, thematic videos around topics such as wine and dine, cultural heritage etc. There videos are self-explanatory and tell their own story, and are a great way to promote the destination. We will be working on more of these in 2014 in preparation for the 2015 season.
