Cranston rose to fame after being cast as 'Hal' on the family sitcom,
Malcolm in the Middle which premiered in 2000 and ran for 7 seasons.
After numerous TV and film appearances,
including How I Met Your Mother and
Family Guy. Cranston was cast as the lead character on the widely successful TV show
Breaking Bad which ran from 2008 until 2013.
Breaking Bad received much praise over the years for it's success. The show follows Cranston's character Walter White as he turns to a life of crime producing and selling methamphetamine. It
won 94 industry awards and was nominated for 240, and
Guinness World Records also named it the highest-rating TV series of all time.
The twice-married actor, who
lived in Albuquerque, New Mexico, during the filming of the series Breaking Bad will "reveal the secrets and lies that (he) lived with for six years shooting ‘Breaking Bad’.”
Hinting at the book's content Cranston
said: "Walter White taught me a lot—some of it useful, some of it dangerous".
