Actor and singer James Maslow, from "Big Time Rush," will be appearing on the new original series "Sequestered" on the digital network Crackle.
This series will mark Maslow's first "adult" post-Nickelodeon acting. He is best known for his television work on Big Time Rush, as well as for his musical work with the band of the same name, where he is joined by Kendall Schmidt, Carlos Pena, Jr. and Logan Henderson.
As Digital Journal reported, Maslow was a contestant and fourth place finalist on the last season of the reality dancing competition Dancing With The Stars.
Aside from Maslow, the cast will include such stars as Jesse Bradford from Bring It On, Summer Glau from Arrow, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Patrick Warburton from Rules of Engagement, Heather Dubrow from The Real Housewives of Orange County.
As indicated by an article in Yahoo! TV, it tells the story of Danny Firmin, played by Bradford, who is a young attorney with a promising career, who begins to uncover a major conspiracy behind a major case. Summer Glau will be playing one of the jurors, Anna, who will be faced to make a life-changing decision.
Sequestered will premiere on Tuesday, August 5 on Crackle, the online distributor of quality original web shows, movies and television shows. It will consist of 12 episodes, which follow a group of jurors that are confined to a hotel while deliberating a huge court case that is expected to have life-changing implications. Its first six episodes will premiere next week, while the remaining six episodes will be available on October 14.
This will be one dramatic series that will certainly be interesting to watch.
