2015 is off to a great start for actress and producer Amy Jo Johnson. Her short film "The Space Between" is up for an award.
It has been selected to be in competition for the "Indiewire Campaign of the Year." If they were to win, Amy Jo Johnson will be afforded the privilege to take The Space Between to the Tribeca Film Festival in New York City, in an effort to pitch the motion picture and participate in the All Access meeting panels.
This award is based on fan votes, and voting runs until this Friday, January 15. For more information on how to vote for this award, click here.
The Space Between, which she describes as a "heartfelt comedy," stars two of her favorite collaborators, Sonya Salomaa and Michael Cram, and they surpassed their Indiegogo campaign goals for this project.
Amy Jo Johnson is best known to the public as the original Pink Power Ranger, from The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers television series. She is also a talented singer-songwriter in her own right.
