Bellevue - ARTSfair, an annual outdoor art festival presented by the Bellevue Arts Museum, gives visitors the chance to behold and admire many unique sculptures, paintings and photo pieces created by accomplished local artists.
The festival, which celebrated its 68th anniversary this year, continued to attracted visitors over the weekend from Seattle, Kirkland and other nearby cities. Numerous booths set up around a section of downtown Bellevue showcased the artworks in all their glory. Musicians were also on hand to perform a variety of international tunes. Hot and sunny weather conditions provided the opportunity for people to get out and enjoy a refreshing change from the often gloomy climate that prevails over much of the Pacific Northwest.

In addition to all the art, visitors also had the chance to sample interesting cuisines. Food vendors served a blend of traditional and exotic food items. Gyros, bratwurst and pineapple flavored ice cream were among some of the most popular food items to try. One particular item that stood out was the Krispy Kreme bacon cheeseburger, which was displayed by one of the vendors.
