It's official. This is the moment that all fans of Adam Lambert, "Glamberts," have been waiting for. The pop star will be going on tour with classic rock band Queen.
He will join band members Brian May and Roger Taylor. Their 19-date North American tour will kick off on June 19 at Chicago's United Center and it will conclude on July 20 at Washington D.C.'s Merriweather Post Pavilion.
Lambert has received constant praise from both members of the iconic rock group. "Adam is the most incredible frontman," Taylor said in an interview that was posted on Rolling Stone's official website. "He's a great diva, and I mean that in the best possible way. We need that theatrically."
A set-list for this tour has yet to be confirmed yet, however, it is in the works.
Over the course of this past year, Lambert appeared on the hit television show Glee and he is working on his forthcoming third studio album.
One of their tour stops will be at New York City's Madison Square Garden on July 17.
